Zibew’s online pharmacy platform is a white-labeled solution for pharma companies and pharmacy chains to sell their products online.Our platform offers Consumer app and consumer portal for users, Merchant app for pharmacies, and Backend Administration Portal for the management team. Consumers can search for medicines from our consumer app and order them, which will be processed by the pharmacy using our merchant app. Administration portal empowers the management team to manage aspects like product catalog, pharmacy, users, chat, orders and many more which helps administration team to make strategic decisions for their business development.
Consumer App
Consumer app empowers users to order medicines by searching with medicine name or by uploading the prescription. Users can upload the prescription and place an order, which would be reviewed by the pharmacist for further order processing. Consumers can search for medicines based on their health issues and search for nearby pharmacies to place an order.

Merchant App
Using our Merchant app, pharmacies receive orders placed by the consumers. Through the app, the pharmacist can add medicines to the order based on users prescription. Once the order is updated the pharmacist can process the order from order approval to order completion.
Order processing
- The pharmacist checks the validity of a prescription uploaded by the users.
- Once the prescription is validated, the status is changed to confirm.
- After status confirmation, pharmacists process the order till delivery.

- Analytical reports are generated based on orders, sales, consumers and pharmacies.

- Pill reminder enables consumers to take their medication at the right time by sending an alert.

The Merchant App for the pharmacies allows users to track the orders received from the customers, perform order fulfillment functions and track financial reports. Merchant App also has inbuilt functionality to track prescriptions which are uploaded by the customers, so that pharmacist can review the authenticity of a prescription.
Order processing
- Pharmacy receives the orders placed by a user, views the orders and processes them.
- Pharmacists validate the authenticity of a prescription uploaded by the consumer.
- After validation, pharmacist enters the medicines prescribed in the prescription on behalf of consumer.
- Depending upon the order, pharmacist updates the order status starting from approved, processing, dispatched, delivered, and complete.

- Products can be listed at any level by product name, price, images, manufacturer details, stock value, taxation, descriptions and formulation.
- The light weight inventory tracker helps to maintain product inventory and alerts admin in case of low stock.
- Administration team can add or delete products, change the availability status of each product in product catalog.

- Administration team can manage pharmacies affiliated to their pharmacy chain with ease using pharmacy management in the administration portal.

- Chat with Consumer: Customer support team can chat with consumer and get all the details about the order on which the consumer is reporting and resolve the issue.
- Chat with Pharmacy: Customer support team can chat with the pharmacy and populate the pharmacy details and resolve the queries placed by a pharmacy.
